Whiskers of Woodcote is run and owned by Emily Jennings . Emily is a 35 year old Business Operations Manager located in Woodcote, South Oxfordsshire.
In October 2024, she opened an independent cat rescue, Little Paws Woodcote. Focusing on helping stray, abandoned and bereaved cats and kittens.
Gaining the trust of the cats and kittens so badly let down by humans is her passion. Understanding each individual feline and how best to approach to ensure they are content, safe, happy and healthy.

Across Berkshire and South Oxfordshire, I provide a calm, individually tailored alternative to traditional cat sitting, built for owners who want their cats to feel genuinely safe, understood, and emotionally secure while they are away.

This is not a rushed visit service. It is presence-led care.

Understanding every cat is different. Ensuring each feline client receives outstanding personal care. A calm, quiet presence for the more cautious and timid cats. An energetic, stimulating experience for the more outgoing felines.
​As an independent cat rescue owner and founder, I have hands on experience caring for cats with complex histories, unique personalities, and emotional sensitivity. That experience shapes everything I do, because true care is not just about the basics, it is about reading behaviour, respecting boundaries, and creating calm where there is uncertainty.

During each visit, I take time to ensure your cat is not only physically cared for, but emotionally at ease. Feeding, fresh water, litter care, medication (if required), gentle interaction where welcomed, and quiet companionship where needed.

Regular photo updates will be sent while you are away to keep you up to date with how your family member(s) are and to help put your mind at ease that they are in safe hands.
